Spray Park t-shirts available now for purchase at City Offices in the Courthouse! There are two different colors (white and Carolina blue) in youth and adult sizes. The Recreation Director and Programmer are responsible for the planning, organizing and operation of the cultural, athletic and recreational activities in the City. They works in cooperation with other groups and individuals in carrying out these activities throughout the year.
