FIREWORK DISPLAY !!!
There will be a firework display at the City Park Saturday night (July 4th) at approximately 9:30 PM. Bring the family for a great evening !
CONCERT ~ JULY 4TH !!!
Join us at the City Park for a Concert ~ Saturday, July 4th prior to the Firework Display ! ~~ The Concert starts at 8:00 PM. It will be held at the Performance Shell in the Park. This is a Family Concert and should be enjoyed by everyone!

THIS ENABLES A PERSON WHO HAS ESTABLISHED A NEW PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE TO RETAIN A PRE ON PROPERTY PREVIOUSLY EXEMPT AS THE OWNER'S PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE.
THE CONDITIONAL RECISSION ALLOWS AN OWNER TO RECEIVE A PRE ON HIS OR HER CURRENT PROPERTY AND ON PREVIOUSLY EXEMPTED PROPERTY SIMULTANEOUSLY IF CERTAIN CRITERIA ARE MET. AN OWNER MAY RECEIVE THE PRE ON THE PREVIOUS PRINCIPLE RESIDENCE FOR UP TO THREE (3) YEARS IF THAT PROPERTY IS NOT OCCUPIED, IS FOR SALE, IS NOT LEASED AND IS NOT USED FOR ANY BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.

The annual St Johns Mint Festival is held the second weekend of August each year and provides the entire family with an action packed weekend. Held at the City Park and County Fairgrounds, over 75,000 people attend activities of the festival such as arts and crafts, flea market, antiques and collectibles, softball, basketball and tennis tournaments, tractor pulls and children's activities. There is also free daily entertainment, a Mint Queen Pageant and mint information and foods.The festival begins Friday afternoon, and then kicks into high gear with the Grand Mint Parade on Saturday. Over 150 entries are highlighted in the parade. Don't forget to get your bowl of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream at the festival!!
